Cisco MeetingPlace Server 8112 (M3) |
R5.0.2q and R5.1.0x |
Problem Description
Users are disconnected with a fast busy tone after they enter the meeting ID to join a meeting. This is caused by conference resources not being released on a Reservationless enabled system.
An accumulated number of non-Reservationless meetings with outdial activity from a Cisco MeetingPlace Web Conference can cause this problem to occur. The rate at which this problem will surface depends on the usage of the system.
All Reservationless systems should apply the corresponding vui hot fix to address this issue.
Problem Symptoms
Users will not be able to join any meeting when this condition occurs. A restart to correct this condition will disconnect all users.
