Cisco MeetingPlace Server 8112 (M3) |
R5.0.2q and R5.1.0x |
Problem Description
A time in the past is allowed to be specified when scheduling a meeting only if it is within the same hour of the current time. This creates an inconsistency where if the current time just past the hour (e.g. 2:01), then a time right before the hour (e.g. 1:59) specified as the meeting start time will result in a meeting that cannot be scheduled.
The correct behavior should be any start time less then 30 minutes prior to the current time is allowed. However, the actual start time when the meeting is scheduled is the current time.
Problem Symptoms
Occasional failure to schedule an immediate meeting.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
Change the meeting start time and schedule the meeting again.
RESOLUTION:
Fixed in vui hot fix 5.0.2v and above, and, 5.1.0aa and above. Please contact Cisco MeetingPlace Support (TAC) to apply this hot fix.
