Problem Description
Meetings do not extend when rescheduled after the meeting begins. Two examples are:
-
Changing the meeting ID after the meeting has started.
-
Changing any parameter after the meeting has started when the number of participants joined exceeds the number of ports reserved for that meeting.
Problem Symptoms
The meeting does not extend even though there are available resources.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
Do not reschedule a meeting after it has started.
SOLUTION:
Fixed in ConfSchd hot fix 5.0.2v and above, and, 5.1.0aa and above. Please contact Cisco MeetingPlace Support (TAC) to apply this hot fix.
