Problem Description
The Cisco MeetingPlace Server might restart itself if a failed outdial coincides with an internal consistency check. This internal consistency check only occurs when the conference processor software is in an idle state.
Problem Symptoms
All callers will be disconnected from their conferences when the system restarts.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
None
SOLUTION:
A 5.1.0ab cpserver hot fix is available. Contact Cisco MeetingPlace Support (TAC) to apply this hot fix. 5.1.0z cptester must also be applied if it has not been previously installed.
