Problem Description
User might experience a long delay between pressing 1 to join the meeting and actually being put into the meeting. This usually happens at the tail end of a disk backup.
Problem Symptoms
User might think that the Cisco MeetingPlace Server is not responding and hang up.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
Wait for the response.
SOLUTION:
A hot fix is available in 5.0.2u and above, and, 5.1.0aa and above. Contact Cisco MeetigPlace Support (TAC) to apply this hot fix. The following files need to be applied:
