Problem Description
MultiServer Meeting (MSM) does not disconnect the secondary server after the meeting on the secondary server has ended. Unexpected DTMF digits due to echoing caused this problem. This is especially susceptible to Cisco MeetingPlace to Cisco MeetingPlace connections with overseas (long distance) systems.
Problem Symptoms
The telephone call established between the two servers remains connected and the meeting can be extended for up to 24 hours.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
None
SOLUTION:
A "vui" hot fix is available for 4.3.1c, 5.0.2t and 5.1.0z. Contact Cisco MeetingPlace Support (TAC) to apply this hot fix.
