Problem Description

If AGC (Automatic Gain Control) is turned on, users will not be able to record their names.

Problem Symptoms

Users cannot record their names.

Workaround/Solution

WORKAROUND:

Turn off AGC (Automatic Gain Control).

SOLUTION:

The following hot fixes are available. These fixes will also be incorporated in the next release.

If you are running 5.0.x Cisco MeetingPlace Server release, use:

5.0.2s-CR20833-FIX

If you are running 5.1.0x Cisco MeetingPlace Server release, use:

5.1.0x-CR20979-FIX
