Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
On a Cisco MeetingPlace Server 8112 (M3) with reservationless enabled, if a meeting is scheduled with a start time specified equal to or less than the current time when you actually submit the meeting to be scheduled there is a possibility for the server to restarts itself. Therefore, with eservationless enabled, scheduling an immediate meeting or a reservationless meeting may cause the system to restart itself.
Problem Symptoms
When the Server restarts, all users are disconnected from the system.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND: None
SOLUTION: A hot fix for 5.0.2 is available. Please contact Cisco MeetingPlace Support (TAC) to have this applied.
