Problem Description

Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.

The "Display to everyone" and "Record Meeting" parameter reverts back to its original value when a meeting is scheduled or rescheduled.

Problem Symptoms

The values selected for "Display to everyone" and "Record Meeting" parameters are not saved during scheduling and rescheduling meetings.

SOLUTION:

This issue has been fixed in MeetingTime 5.1.0.22 hotfix. Please download the hot fix from CSRC.
