Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
The Monthly Conferencing Use graph does not show an accurate number. The number is lower than what is reported cumulatively in the Raw Meeting Details report.
Note:?The report this Field Notice refers to is accessible by logging into MeetingTime, clicking on the Capacity Management Tab, Selecting Conferencing Use under the Monthly Trending section, and clicking execute.
Problem Symptoms
Customer receives inaccurate data and may think usage on the system is less than it actually is.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
To gather accurate monthly data, use the Raw Meeting Details Report.
SOLUTION:
This has been fixed in the hot fix versions of MeetingTime 4.3.0.20 and 5.0.0.20.
Note:?This fix will reflect all meetings, including those scheduled in the past , as far back as the system's purge date allows.
