Problem Description

Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.

Several critical fixes have been made to the 4.3.0.100 build since it has been released. The fixes are as follows:

1. Security updates

2. SUN JRE support for MeetingRoom

3. Support for DMZ deployment (without load balancing)

4. Can't detect user leaving the web conference - IM gateway integration

   All MeetingPlace Web 4.3.0.100 systems MUST APPLY this hot fix.

Problem Symptoms

Malicious users may be able to gain access to the MeetingPlace Web database.

Workaround/Solution

Install the 4.3.0.100.3 hot fix.
