Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
If a roll call in "Review Meeting Notes" is performed on a meeting with more then 120 attendees, the system will become unusable. People calling into the server will either get Ring No Answer, or prompts will be played out of sequence. The system will not response to any input by the user. The system must be restarted to become functional again.
Problem Symptoms
Customer will not be able to call in and join a meeting.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND
Avoid listening to a roll call in "Review Meeting Notes" for a meeting with more then 120 participant.
RESOLUTION
A hot fix for 5.0.0af is available; please contact Cisco TAC if you need to have this applied. The hot fix will limit the number of attendees played during the roll call to 120. This is consistent with the roll call limitation during the meeting. This will be incorporated into the next release.
