Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
Mexico changed all their time zones last year. If your profile is set for a time zone that is in Mexico (i.e. Mexico City) then you will experience an hour difference when scheduling meetings.
Problem Symptoms
Meetings will be scheduled incorrectly. For example it will be an hour behind.
Workaround/Solution
Contact Cisco TAC to obtain the Mexico time zone hot fix.
Note:?This hot fix does not fix meetings that have already been scheduled by a user with a Mexico time zone. Those meetings will need to be rescheduled. Keep in mind that you will also need to apply this hot fix to the NT machine if there are Latitude gateways involved.
