Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
Under certain circumstances the MeetingPlace server will fail to allocate conferences due to a resource leak in the ConfSchd module. If this is the case, you will see one or more instances of the minor alarm shown below:
02/18 12:31:43 MIN 0x2005d 0/5, "csactiveconf.cc", 858 (0xc, 0xdc, 0, 0) Act conf. Allocation failed. Err = 12
Problem Symptoms
Users will get "meeting id not recognized" when trying to attend a meeting and scheduling through MeetingTime or web will result in "internal error".
Workaround/Solution
Fixed in 4.2.1d ConfSchd
