Problem Description

Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.

Schedule a meetingplace meeting. Open the calendar entry and add some text in the Description field. After you click on save and send, the text is not saved in the schedulers' calendar entry.

Problem Symptoms

Description does not get save in schedulers' calendar

Workaround/Solution

Fixed in 5.0.10 mail template hot fixes built on 4/21/03. Fixes will also be incorporated in future mail templates.
