Problem Description

Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.

Users are not prompted when a "not enough ports" conflict is encountered in a recurring meeting chain. As a result, the recurring chain is scheduled in the users' notes calendar. However, meetings that encounter this conflict will not be scheduled on the MeetingPlace server.

Problem Symptoms

There is inconsistent information on the user's Notes calendar.

Workaround/Solution

Fixed in 5.0.7 mail template hot fix built on 3/28/03. Fix will also be incorporated in future mail templates.
