Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
The meeting settings BillCode, EntryRestriction, Entry Announcement and Departure Announcement cannot be displayed using tags in a notification. They do not display any information.
Problem Symptoms
After scheduling a meeting, the Bill Code, Entry Restriction, Entry Announcement and Departure Announcement fields are blank. Notification tags affected are:

Workaround/Solution
The issue has been fixed in MPNotify 4.2.1.26 and 4.2.5.14
Apply MPNotify 4.2.5.14 to:

Apply MPNotify 4.2.1.26 to:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Stop the MeetingPlace Notification Gateway service.

Rename MPNotify.exe in the :\latitude\Shared Components\MeetingPlace Notification Gateway folder to MPNotify.exe_old.

Copy the new MPNotify.exe to the same folder.

Start the MeetingPlace Notification Gateway service, and restart the MeetingPlace for Outlook, Notes, or SMTP services.
