Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
When a user modifies a reoccurring meeting in which the first instances of the series has passed, the invitees are not give the option to respond. For example accept or decline.
Problem Symptoms
The scheduler of the meeting will not be notified if the invitees accept or decline the modified meeting.
Workaround/Solution
Fixed in 5.0.9 and 5.0.10 mail template hot fixes built on 11/7/02. Fixes will also be incorporated in future mail templates.
