Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
Schedule a meeting using MeetingPlace for Outlook. If you open the meeting and change the meeting name using the Outlook appointment tab Subject field, the meeting will be rescheduled correctly. However, if you change the meeting name from the MeetingPlace tab Meeting Name field, it will not reschedule the meeting and the information is not updated on the MeetingPlace server.
Problem Symptoms
Meeting information is not updated on the server.
Workaround/Solution
This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 4.2.7.69 hot fix. Download the hot fix from the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook software page.
Installation Instructions:

Copy MPOLSchedule.htm to \latitude\mpweb\template\ folder.

May be necessary to restart MeetingPlace Agent service if template caching is turned on.

Coordinate with MeetingPlace Professional Services if applicable.
