Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
If the system manager sets up the system to not allow vanity IDs, and the end user clicks the check availability link from his outlook scheduling form, he will get a script error and not be able to proceed.
Problem Symptoms
End user is unable to use check availability feature.
Workaround/Solution
This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 4.2.7.69 hot fix. Download the hot fix from the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook software page.
Installation Instructions:
Copy MPOLScripts.js to \latitude\mpweb\jslib\ folder
