Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
When a user tries to schedule a recurring meeting that exceeds the number of occurrences allowed by the MeetingPlace server, the user will be informed of the maximum number of occurrences allowed. This number could be incorrect if the default value has been changed on the MeetingPlace server.
Problem Symptoms
MeetingPlace for Outlook may display an incorrect value for the maximum number of occurences allowed.
Workaround/Solution
This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 4.2.7.69 hotfix. Download the hot fix from the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook software page.
Installation Instructions:
This hotfix also requires minimum mpagent version 4.2.7.106.21 (available soon)

Copy MPOLSchedule.htm and MPOLmtglist.htm to \latitude\mpweb\template\ folder.

Copy MPOLScripts.js and MPOLReschedule.js to \latitude\mpweb\jslib\ folder

May be necessary to restart MeetingPlace Agent service if template caching is turned on.

Coordinate with MeetingPlace Professional Services if applicable.
