Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
Schedule a meeting from MeetingPlace Web or MeetingTime and when you accept the meeting it could be placed on your calendar at an incorrect time. This can occur if your profile timezone is different than the Outlook Gateway timezone.
However, the meeting will be scheduled on the MeetingPlace server at the intended time and the body of the notification will also indicate the correct time.
Problem Symptoms
The meeting will be displayed on the calendar at an incorrect time and the user will be confused.
Workaround/Solution
This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 4.2.7.68 hotfix. Download the hot fix from the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook software page.
Installation Instructions: This hotfix can only be applied on top of MeetingPlace for Outlook 4.2.7.66

Copy mpoutlook.exe to Latitude\MPWeb\mpoutlook\ folder.

Restart MeetingPlace for Outlook service.
