Problem Description

Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.

Schedule a meeting at 8am. At 11am open the meeting at time slot 8am and from the appointment tab change the start time to 5pm. A script error is displayed in the pop up window. An error message should be displayed indicating that the user cannot reschedule a past meeting.

Problem Symptoms

Script error is displayed instead of the correct error message.

Workaround/Solution

This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 4.2.5.34 hotfix. Download the hot fix from the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook software page.

Installation Instructions:

1. Copy mpoutlook.asp to the \latitude\mpweb\Scripts\ folder.

2. It may be necessary to restart MeetingPlace Agent service if template caching is turned on.
