Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
Schedule a meeting via Outlook. Schedule a new meeting for same time with the same ID. You will get a meeting ID conflict, which is expected. Press the Back button and go back to the scheduling page. Clear out the meeting ID leaving it blank. Hit 'Save and Close' or 'Send' button. You still get a meeting ID conflict.
If you enter a new meeting ID it will schedule a new meeting just fine, but you cannot leave the field blank.
Problem Symptoms
Meeting is not schedule and an incorrect error message is displayed.
Workaround/Solution
This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 4.2.5.34 hotfix. Download the hot fix from the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook software page.
Installation Instructions:

Copy mpoutlook.asp to \latitude\mpweb\Scripts\ folder.

May be necessary to restart MeetingPlace Agent service if template caching is turned on.
