A memory leak was introduced in the mpgwcm.dll that controls gateway event logging in the most recent versions of GWSIM, 4.2.1.11 through 4.2.1.15.

You indirectly upgraded GWSIM to version 4.2.1.11 - 4.2.1.15 by installing a gateway product that contains the faulty version, Outlook 4.2.7.61 or Web 4.3.0.63.
If you have any doubt, verify the version of GWSIM that is running on your gateway server and if necessary obtain the hotfix from CSRC.
