Problem Description
Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
When opening a meeting from outlook after password has expired, the user is prompted to enter a new password. After a new password is entered, a new meeting page is displayed. When trying to reschedule this meeting, a new meeting is created on MP server and the calendar displays the new meeting scheduled.
Problem Symptoms
Cannot reschedule a meeting after the password has expired.
Workaround/Solution
This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 4.2.5.31 hotfix. Download the hot fix from the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook software page.
Installation Instructions:

Copy MPOLError.htm to \latitude\mpweb\Template\ folder.

Copy setup.exe and upgrade.exe to the \latitude\mpweb\mpoutlook folder.

Run ConfigClients.exe. Save and close.

May be necessary to restart MeetingPlace Agent service if template caching is turned on.

Have end-users install by running the setup.exe program (new users) or by clicking the upgrade link on the MeetingPlace for Outlook scheduling form (existing users).

Make sure to restart Microsoft Outlook after upgrading.
