Problem Description
Early shipments of the Cisco Media Convergence Server 7815-1000 did not include the Cisco CallManager Extended Services CD.
Background
As a result of changes to the packing list of the MCS 7815-1000 server, the Cisco CallManager Extended Services CD was not included in some early shipments of this server. In an effort to ensure that all of our customers are able to benefit from the features found on this CD, this program is available for download from Cisco.com.
Problem Symptoms
No Cisco CallManager Extended Services CD is included in the CD kit for Cisco MCS 7815-1000.
Workaround/Solution
The Cisco CallManager Extended Services software is available for download from the Cisco.com Software Center (registered customers only) .
From there, select the version of Cisco CallManager you are currently running. At the following page, you will see an option to download files which correspond to your version of Cisco CallManager. The Cisco CallManager Extended Services file will be in the format of cm-es-ffr.VERSION.exe, where VERSION is the version number of the software you will be downloading, for example: cm-es-ffr.2-2-2.exe.
Once the software has been downloaded, you may either run the program from a local or network hard drive, or burn it to a CD and run it from there. Please visit http://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do for additional information regarding Cisco.com accounts.
