BCC-3-32 goes into an "UP Failure" on the Standby BCC when the PRIMARY CLOCK line (BXM E3 or T3) goes into "Bad Clock" alarm.
Removing or recovering the primary or secondary clock sources from the network can cause the standby BCC to momentarily get out of synchronization.
This problem exists in software releases 8.4.x, 8.5.x, and 9.1.x and is currently fixed in software release 9.1.08. Please refer to the DDTS for future releases with a fix.

Follow these steps:
Delete the clock source.
Switch to the internal oscillator or clear the alarm with the clrlnalm 16 command.
Add the clock source.
