Introduction

This document explains how to reactivate the Cisco MeetingPlace tab in Microsoft Outlook XP.

Problem

In Outlook XP, the MeetingPlace tab can disappear if Outlook XP disables the extension .dll.

Solution

Complete these steps:

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Choose Help > About Microsoft Outlook > Disabled Items.

  3. If mp4olxxx.dll is in the list as disabled, click Enable, then restart Outlook.
