      1. As of version 8.5, this feature is now incorporated into Unified Contact Center Enterprise.
      2. In June 2017, the Remote Expert Manager product line was sold to Moderro, a Cisco Partner.
      3. After version 8.0, users are to migrate to Unified Contact Center Enterprise.
      4. Users are to migrate to Webex Workforce Optimization.
