The Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console is a highly scalable software-based console designed for Cisco Unified Communications Manager customers. Combining support for traditional telephony functions with advanced Unified Communications applications and services, such as at-a-glance destination presence status for more effective dispatching of inbound calls, this attendant console meets the needs of businesses both for today and tomorrow.

Its intuitive and customizable GUI lets businesses handle more calls while enhancing customer satisfaction by providing more personalized service to callers requiring more assistance.

The Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console is associated with a Cisco Unified IP Phone and supports up to 25 operator clients with a directory size of more than 100,000 Cisco Unified IP Phone users per Attendant Console system. Advanced capabilities include:

  • Call-queuing engine with busy status indication
  • Integrated directory search capabilities with six filtering options
  • Utilities for installation, configuration, and directory database synchronization for simpler administration with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
  • Rules-based presence for connection to multiple devices and weighting per device (for example, desk-based workers can weight their desk phone high and mobile phone low). Note: Requires integration with Cisco Unified Presence.
  • Emergency mode switch to redirect calls in an emergency and night mode service based on time and day
