What's New in Cisco WebEx Connect C7.1

Explore the new capabilities and enhancements in the latest version of Cisco WebEx Connect. WebEx Connect C7.1 continues to extend collaboration across your organization and business applications while improving ease of use.

Broader Platform Support

WebEx Connect C7.1 includes support for Citrix Xen Desktop 5, and calendar and presence integration for Microsoft Outlook 64-bit. Customers using Lotus Notes can bring their Lotus Notes 8.5 calendar information into WebEx Connect.

Additional Language Support

In addition to the existing language support, we've added support for Traditional Chinese, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian and European Spanish.

Additional IT Controls

For WebEx Connect administrators, screen capture and broadcast messaging controls are available via the WebEx Connect Administration Tool.

Enhanced Video Quality

We've enhanced the video quality in WebEx Connect C7.1 from 360p to 720p for high definition video chats. Access to this feature can be controlled by administrators via the WebEx Connect Administration Tool.
