Cisco Systems® announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Sun Netra 120 and Sunfire V120 Servers for use with the Cisco® PGW 2200 Softswitch, Cisco PGW 2200 H.323 Signaling Interface, and Cisco Billing and Measurements Server.
The last day to order the affected product is March 30, 2006. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until March 30, 2011. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product. Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the other supported Sun platforms.

PRODUCT MIGRATION OPTIONS
Sun has announced end of sale of the Netra 120. Currently, Netra 240s and 440s are certified for use with Cisco PGW 2200 Softswitch application software. Other platforms will be certified prior to the end of sale of the Sun Netra 120 and Sunfire V120 for use with Cisco PGW 2200 H.323 Signaling Interface, and Cisco Billing and Measurements Server application software. Please check with your Cisco account team or Cisco reseller to obtain the latest list of supported hardware.
This notification addresses only the availability of Sun Netra 120 and Sunfire V120 servers procured through and supported by Cisco Systems that are used as host platforms for Cisco application software. The Sun Netra 120 and Sunfire V120 servers may continue to be purchased from other sources, including directly from Sun Microsystems or authorized resellers, beyond the dates listed in this notice.
