Configuring Attendant Privileges
You can configure which Administration Center and MeetingPlace Conference Manager capabilities are available to users of type Attendant.
Procedure
Step 1
Log in to the Administration Center.
Step 2
Select System Configuration > Usage Configuration.
Step 3
Configure the Attendant Privileges fields.
Step 4
Select Save.

Configuring Operator Assistance
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace can be configured to forward calls to the help desk Attendant in the following situations:
•
A caller dials 0 for operator assistance.
•
A caller does not enter a number at a voice prompt.
Procedure
Step 1
Log in to the Administration Center.
Step 2
Select System Configuration > Usage Configuration.
Step 3
Configure the following fields:
•
Attendant phone—Enter the help desk or attendant phone number.
•
Dial attendant on timeout—Set this field to Yes.
Step 4
Select Save.
