Adding Subscribers and Assigning Services Subscriber provisioning is used to add customers and assign telephony services to them. The applicable subscriber provisioning steps are included in procedures throughout the Provisioning Guide. Provisioning Subscribers on IADs, ATAs, and eMTAs To provision subscribers on IADs, ATAs, or eMTAs, select a link from the list below. IAD Subscriber Provisioning - Provision the Cisco BTS 10200 Softswitch to communicate with a Cisco IAD2421 to support local subscriber on-net calls. ATA Subscriber Provisioning - Provision the Cisco BTS 10200 Softswitch to communicate with Cisco ATA 186 and 188 residential gateways to support local subscriber on-net calls. PacketCable Subscriber Provisioning - Provision the Cisco BTS 10200 Softswitch to communicate with eMTAs (or MTAs) to support local subscribers in a PacketCable network. Provisioning Multiline Hunt Groups (MLHGs) and Centrex Groups MLHG and Centrex Provisioning - Provisioning procedures for MLHG and Centrex groups. ISFG and OSFG Provisioning - Provisioning the incoming and outgoing simulated facility groups for the Centrex group.
