This release of the VMware ESXi 5.0 installable Cisco ISO Image provides an installable ESXi ISO image that includes Cisco and 3rd party drivers necessary for Cisco UCS blade and rack servers. This ISO image is available for download to approved VMware users at the VMware web site:

Memory Requirements
The custom image iso file package is 295 Mb, be sure your local disk or SAN has at least 296 MB free.
Hardware Supported
Upgrading to the New Software Release
The VMware ESXi 5.0 Installable Cisco Custom ISO Image is designed for fresh installations of ESXi hosts. For upgrading or migrating to ESXi 5.0 from ESX, ESXi and vCenter Server 5.0, refer to VMware's upgrade details at:
New Hardware Features
This release adds support for the following products not found in previous custom builds:

UCSC-C240-M3
•
UCSC-C220-M3S
New Software Features
No new software features are introduced with this release.
