Troubleshooting


To troubleshoot the infrastructure, refer to the following logs:

The Cisco Enterprise Policy Manager (CEPM) Agent for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 writes out a log file based on its logging configuration (log4net). Refer to the Cisco Enterprise Policy Manager Deployment and Capacity-Planning Guide for further details on logging.

MOSS errors and warnings are also written to the Windows Event Log.

If you get an error in finding pep_config.xml file (which may be read as "Could not find pep_config.xml"), make sure that the user belongs to the wss_iis group.
