CSCsc10944: When a Subscriber listens to all of their saved voicemail messages through the TUI, Unity will play the FailSafe message to the user and terminate the call.
CSCsc10929: Users will report a problem playing some messages in their inbox over the TUI. This occurs to random users for random messages.
Problem Description and Resolution
One or more of the prompt lists being passed in was invalid causing Cisco Unity to fail when attempting to play the prompt.
The conversation script now has additional error handling to prevent this from happening.
