Dispatch Calls Quickly with a Personal Touch

Give your operators and receptionists superior call routing and distribution tools to deliver positive experiences to your callers. Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles (UACs) can help you ensure all calls are handled efficiently and professionally.

Cisco UACs pair with Cisco Unified IP Phones, and are supported on Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Business Edition platforms.

Features and Capabilities

Features

Call control allows users to answer, transfer, park, hold, place calls, and more—directly from the Cisco Unified Attendant Console, which controls a Cisco Unified IP Phone.

The built-in corporate directory synchronizes with Cisco Unified Communications Manager's end-user directory, or with Active Directory in the Cisco UAC Advanced version.

Speed dials create frequently-dialed contacts that may or may not already reside in the corporate directory.

With busy lamp field and presence users can easily see a contact's availability from the activity of their phone and their presence state.

Attendant Console Options

Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard

Similar to Cisco Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console, Cisco UAC Standard offers enhanced features such as a modern user interface and searchable speed dials. Busy lamp field and Cisco Jabber presence are included in the directory. Users can easily import Cisco Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console speed dials.

Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced

The powerful call queuing engine helps operators manage several calls from many sources. The robust directory can handle up to 100,000 contacts and synchronize directly with Active Directory. Optional high availability protects your system from down time.

Use Cisco UAC Advanced for your dedicated operator center, and Cisco UAC Standard for departmental answering, branch office receptionists, and administrative assistants. Both products are competitively priced, making them a wise investment in a very important function.
