Overview

EOL13451

Cisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco Kinetic UCSM5 Servers and components. The last day to order the affected product(s) is March 31, 2021. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. For customers with active and paid service and support contracts, support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers' service contract.

Please note: Kinetic Appliances, as part of the Cisco Video Surveillance product line normally come pre loaded with Video Surveillance Manager (VSM), however VSM and associated SW applications are End-of-Sale as of July 24th 2020 (See EOL Doc 13276 for information on VSM) The CSS Camera Line is also End-of-Sale as per EOL13278. Since Cisco has declared VSM and the CSS Camera Product Lines End-of-Life, it is not recommended that there be any further orders placed for Kinetic Appliances and to avoid this issue Cisco will turn off orderability of the Appliance effective Immediately.
