Registration
The registration for the conference is until 23 November 2008 on the web site of Cisco Macedonia, www.cisco.com/mk, where all the information pertaining to the conference and registration form is located.

Participation fee
The registration fee for the two conference days and the party is in the amount of 6.000 MK denars until 15 November 2008, and the last week, from the 15 to the 23 November, and on the event itself, it is 7.500 MK denars. (VAT not included)
Immediately after registration you will receive a pro-forma invoice from: Imelda Ogilvi DOO Skopje, with address at: ul. “Vasil Glavinov” 3-1/1, 1000 Skopje that must be paid until the beginning of the Expo conference, i.e. until 25 November 2008.

Cancellation of participation
The registered participants can cancel his participation in the following manner:

• in writing until 15 November 2008 without expense
• in writing after 15 November 2008, with keeping of 30% of the participation fee

Cancellation of the conference
In cases outside of the power or control of the organizers, Cisco Systems may cancel or terminate the conference, in the event of which the participation fees will be refunded in full or in a respective part.

Language
The presentations by the Cisco presenters will be given in English. The partners reserve the right to present either in Macedonian or English.
