University of Wollongong’s Audiovisual Evolution with Cisco

Challenge
The University of Wollongong required integration and interoperability across the many meeting platforms used by students and staff with in-room audiovisual (AV). Their goals focused on:

- Required seamless support for Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet

Solution
The University of Wollongong partnered with Cisco to transform the learning experiences of students and staff by leveraging an Enterprise Agreement and refreshing Cisco video devices for AV. The solution included the following key collaboration elements:
- Webex Suite licensing to deliver calling, meetings, webinars, messaging, events, polling, and video messaging, complete with AI assistant
- Cisco Room Devices to provide AI-capable video meeting rooms across learning spaces of all sizes
- Cisco Control Hub to analyze, measure, and manage the solution including licenses, users, and devices
