For Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management Enterprise, the Microsoft backup strategies for SQL Server are recommended. In addition, the AW Database should not require a backup as it is populated by the Logger. When backing up the Logger, the Logger process should be stopped to prevent read/write conflicts.
