重新啟動並檢視ESA/CES上啟用的服務引擎的狀態

簡介

本檔案介紹如何在思科安全電子郵件閘道(ESA)或雲端電子郵件安全(CES)上重新啟動和檢視服務引擎的狀態。

問題

在故障排除過程中，管理員可以在裝置上檢視或重新啟動特定服務引擎（如反垃圾郵件、防病毒或DLP）。從AsyncOS 11.1.x開始，具有管理SSH訪問許可權的使用者可以直接從CLI執行這些操作。

環境

• 思科安全電子郵件閘道(ESA)/CES
• AsyncOS版本11.1或更高版本
• 管理安全殼層(SSH)訪問

解析

注意：重新啟動服務引擎可能會暫時影響郵件流或特定掃描功能。只有在排查特定已知問題時才能重新啟動服務。如果您不確定影響，請在繼續操作之前聯絡Cisco TAC。

1. 通過SSH連線到裝置並運行diagnostic命令，然後選擇services。

   lab.esa.example.com> diagnostic

2. 選擇要管理的服務(例如antispam)。

   - SDR - Sender Domain Reputation

   - URL_REPUTATION_CLIENT - URL Reputation Client
   - SERVICE_LOG_CLIENT - Service Log Client

3. 出現提示時，選擇特定的掃描器(例如case)。

4. 檢視服務的當前狀態。

5. 重新啟動服務。

6. （驗證）通過再次檢查狀態來驗證服務是否已成功重新啟動。正常運行時間必須重置。
