重新启动并查看ESA/CES上启用的服务引擎的状态

本文档介绍如何在思科安全邮件网关(ESA)或云邮件安全(CES)上重新启动和查看服务引擎的状态。
问题
在故障排除过程中，管理员可以查看或重新启动设备上的特定服务引擎（如反垃圾邮件、防病毒或DLP）。从AsyncOS 11.1.x开始，具有管理SSH访问权限的用户可以直接从CLI执行这些操作。
环境
- 思科安全邮件网关(ESA)/CES
- AsyncOS版本11.1或更高版本
- 管理安全外壳(SSH)访问
分辨率
警告：重新启动服务引擎可能会暂时影响邮件流或特定扫描功能。只有在排查特定已知问题时才能重新启动服务。如果您不确定此影响，请在继续之前联系思科TAC。
步骤1.通过SSH连接到设备并运行diagnostic命令，然后选择服务。

- NETWORK - Network Utilities.
- REPORTING - Reporting Utilities.
- TRACKING - Tracking Utilities.
- RELOAD - Reset configuration to the initial manufacturer values.
- SERVICES - Service Utilities.
