使用Enablediag服务帐户访问安全邮件网关

本文档介绍如何使用enablediag服务帐户访问安全邮件网关(SEG)、安全Web设备或Web管理器。
背景信息
SEG、SWA以及安全邮件和Web管理器具有名为enablediag的服务帐户。此帐户通常使用串行控制台在设备上访问，但也可通过标准的SSH访问设备来访问。当无法远程访问设备时，请使用此帐户。通过enablediag访问设备通常与思科支持和开放支持案例共同完成。
访问服务帐户
要使用帐户，请在控制台登录提示符处输入enablediag，然后使用设备的admin密码。
enablediag用户有多个选项，这些选项也可用于解决问题，包括启用服务访问或重新配置管理接口的功能。
此示例显示使用enablediag登录时显示的内容：
