非Hyperflex ESXiホストへのHyperFlexデータストアのマウント

はじめに

このドキュメントでは、HyperFlex(HX)データストアを非HX ESXiホストにマウントする方法について説明します。

シナリオ

• 仮想マシン(VM)をレガシーESXiクラスタからHXクラスタに移行します。
• 既存のデータストアは廃止/転用されるレガシーストレージアレイの一部であるため、VMはHXデータストアに移動する必要があります。

要件

• レガシーESXiホストおよびHXコンバージドノードへのルートアクセス。
• ストレージコントローラへのルートアクセス。
• Quality of Service(QoS)とジャンボフレームがエンドツーエンドで正しく設定されていることを確認します。
• ストレージデータネットワーク(SDN)VLANは、サービスクラス(CoS)値5のPlatinumを使用します。
• ストレージデータネットワークVLANは、レガシーESXiホストから到達可能である必要があります。
• レガシーESXiホストは、ジャンボフレームを使用して、HXストレージクラスタデータのIPアドレス（管理IPアドレスではない）にpingを実行できる必要があります。

詳細な手順

Hyperflexノード

ステップ1:いずれかのHXノードにSSHで接続します。

マウントされたデータストアを一覧表示するには、esxcfg-nas -lコマンドを入力します。

ステップ 2：

cat /etc/hostsコマンドを入力し、HXクラスタの汎用一意識別子(UUID)の出力をメモします。 springpathという単語を含む行を探します。

注:HXクラスタのUUIDが、stcli cluster infoコマンドの出力と一致している。

ステップ 3：

すべてのHXコンバージドノードでesxcli network firewall unloadコマンドを入力します。

[root@hx-esxi-03:~] esxcli network firewall unload
[root@hx-esxi-04:~] esxcli network firewall unload

ストレージコントローラ

手順4:ストレージコントローラの1つにSSHで接続します。

コマンドを入力します。stcli security whitelist add --ips <vmkernel IP Address on the storage data network for legacy ESXi Hosts>

root@SpringpathControllerABC7DEFGHI:~# stcli security whitelist add --ips 192.168.255.201 192.168.255.202 192.168.255.203 192.168.255.204

前の例では、4つのレガシーESXiホストをホワイトリストに追加する方法を示しました。

ホワイトリストを確認します。

レガシーESXiホスト

ステップ5:各レガシーESXiホストへのSSH。

vi /etc/hostsコマンドを入力して、/etc/hostsファイルを編集します。

ステップ 6：

以前に取得したHXノードの/etc/hostsファイルからエントリをコピーし、レガシーESXiホストの/etc/hostsファイルに貼り付けて、変更を保存します。

[root@legacy-esxi-01:~] vi /etc/hosts

手順 7：

127.0.0.1をHXクラスタデータのIPアドレスに変更します。

ステップ 8：

コマンドを入力します。esxcfg-nas -a -o <host> -s <share_name> <datastore_name>

手順 9：

esxcfg-nas -lコマンドを入力して、レガシーESXiホストでHXデータストアが正常にマウントされたことを確認します。
