Starting 12th Feb 2017, Cisco launched Small Deal Management (SDM) and OIP Express in APJ to enhance our sales process for deals US$25,000 list price. The goal is to increase transactional sales and ultimately drive high volume of customer sales through our Distributors and Partners.
For deals that are under list price of $25,000 and comprise majority of products from the Cisco Start portfolio should be submitted at standard pricing and/or promotions pricing by Cisco Partners. This is supported by the Fast Track pricing and bundle promotions available. With this, we want Partners to work with our Distributors (or CCW) to leverage the best available competitive promotion pricing on our Cisco Start portfolio to turn around these deals faster and more efficiently without having to get additional pricing support from Cisco Account Managers.
Cisco's Customer and Partner Services (CPS) will qualify and approve OIP deals that are $25K and under on List Price after double checking duplicate deals and data submission by partner. No Account Manager approval is needed. Target SLA is less than 24 hours.
