Tushar Agrawal, Sr. Director, Product Management, GenAI

Tushar Agrawal is Sr. Director of Product for Generative AI at Outshift by Cisco. Outshift's mission is to build what's next and new in emerging tech for Cisco and for tomorrow's customer needs. Outshift focuses creating new products and businesses for Cisco in emerging areas such as cloud native applications (security and observability), quantum, and AI. Tushar is responsible for defining and delivering on Outshift's GenAI product strategy and roadmap.

Tushar has over 14 years of product and business management experience with Fortune 10 companies and multiple early-stage venture-backed startups. Before joining Cisco, Tushar led the technical product management and go-to-market team for Amazon Web Services computer vision (CV) AI business. In this role, he drove the roadmap, development, and adoption of innovative pre-trained, AutoML, and GenAI-powered object detection, text extraction, facial analysis, content moderation, and other CV capabilities.

Anand Raghavan, Senior Director of Engineering, AI, Security Business Group, Cisco

As Senior Director of Engineering, AI at Cisco, Anand loves the excitement of working with world-class teams to build and market game-changing products. Anand was the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Armorblox, the industry's first GPT-powered protection against targeted email attacks. Cisco acquired Armorblox in July 2023 to bring generative AI powered assistant and automation experiences to Cisco customers. Prior to Armorblox, Anand launched ThoughtSpot out of stealth mode, and built and ran product marketing and product management teams there. Anand was a founding team member and product manager at Blue Jeans Network, helping to grow it from four employees to 200+ employees and 2,000+ customers. Before that, he held several engineering roles, including six years at NVIDIA. Anand has a B.Tech. in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, an M.S. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors and was named a Palmer Scholar.

Chris Rowen​, VP, Engineering Collaboration AI, Cisco

Chris is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and technologist, now VP of AI in Cisco's Collaboration business. Most recently he was co-founder and CEO of BabbleLabs, a speech ML company, acquired by Cisco in 2020. Prior to BabbleLabs, Chris served as CTO for Cadence’s IP Group, which he joined after Cadence’s acquisition of Tensilica, the company he founded in 1997 to develop extensible processors. He led Tensilica as CEO and later, CTO, to develop one of the most prolific embedded processor architectures, especially for compute-intensive embedded processing. Chris was a pioneer in developing RISC architecture and helped found MIPS Computer Systems in 1984. He has an MS and PhD in EE from Stanford and a BA in physics from Harvard. He was named an IEEE Fellow in 2015 for his work in the development of microprocessor technology.​
