This document describes the network and system design for a complete solution built around Cisco WebEx Social. Some specific implementation details also are included, but step-by-step implementation is outside the scope of this document. The document also provides an overview of Cisco WebEx Social components and how to implement certain technical aspects of the solution.
This document assumes that you are familiar with networking, VMware virtualization, basic social collaboration, and Cisco Unified Communications terms and concepts.
